Perfectly, Uniquely Yours

No two pets are alike — and that's exactly the point. Whether yours is a chaos-loving pup, a quietly regal cat, a tiny creature with an outsized personality, or a cherished soul you want to hold onto just a little longer — we photograph every pet, every personality, and every season of life with warmth, artistry, and a whole lot of heart.

This is for the Pet Parents…

  • Who are ready to give their pet the spotlight they have always, unquestionably deserved.

  • Who want their pet's full personality on display — the speed, the silliness, the soul — captured in a way that no phone camera ever could

  • Who are ready to give their pet the spotlight they have always, unquestionably deserved.

And most of all, this is for the pet parents who want to look back at these photos and feel transported — to not just see their pet looking beautiful, but remember exactly how it felt to be that loved by an animal.

Every Season. Every Reason. Every Memory.

A birthday. A holiday. A brand new season. Or honestly, no reason at all other than the fact that they deserve it. Whatever the occasion, we'll bring a setup that's as festive, fun, and full of personality as your pet — right to your door. Because when it comes to celebrating the animals we love, there's no such thing as too many photos.

What Our Clients Think ★★★★★

“Arielle took photos of my dog, Hamilton. He is a special dog as he is completely deaf and needs patience. Arielle took the time out of her day to learn how to communicate with him through taps and hand signals. I am grateful that she was able to capture these photos and taking the time out of her day to be patient enough with him. He definitely enjoyed the day as he received lots of treats as well! Thanks, Arielle! I will be using your services again!”

“They turned my chaotic crazy dogs into magnificent super models. I don't know how they captured such wonderful shots but they confidently did. The experience was pleasant and I am awed by the outcome. Love the entire gallery.”

- Elaine D.W.

“Arielle took photos of my cat & dog, and did an absolutely incredible job! The pictures came out perfect and she is wonderful to work with. My pets are not the easiest to photograph and she made it look easy! Arielle had treats, toys, and props to keep them entertained and posed. I’d highly recommend Arielle and Gingko Lens Photography!!”

- Rosie G.

“Absolutely outstanding experience. They were on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We did photography of our dogs and they worked incredibly well with our pets. The ideas they had for the shots were a ton of fun. Photos came in from the shoot and were everything we could of hoped for and more. I have recommended them to friends and family already and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I booked Alex and Arielle to do a photoshoot of me and my dog and when I tell you their work is phenomenal, I mean it. My dog is not always easy to photograph and they blew my mind with every shot. It was also my first experience doing a photoshoot and they made me feel so comfortable. Wonderful energy and they truly captured the love between me and my soul pup and made me feel beautiful. Highly recommend to everyone and will be returning for family shots in the future!!”

Hi, nice to meet you!

We're Alex and Arielle — and honestly, our love for animals is a huge part of why we do what we do. We share our home with rescued pigeons, have photographed everything from highland cows to tiny birds to senior dogs on their last good days, and we approach every single pet session with the same thing: patience, genuine affection, and a deep respect for the bond between an animal and the person who loves them. Before every shoot, we get on a call to learn about your pet — their quirks, their favorites, their sensitivities — so that by the time we arrive, we're not strangers. We're just the people with the treats and the camera.

From transforming your living room into a professional studio to venturing outside into their favorite corner of the world — we go wherever your pet is happiest.

Our traveling studio comes directly to you — no car rides, no strange new places, no stress for the animals who do best in their own environment. It's perfect for cats, birds, reptiles, senior pets, or any creature who is simply most themselves when they're at home.

We also love documenting the quiet, everyday magic of your pet's world — the way they claim their favorite spot, their peculiar little rituals, the chaos and calm of a life lived alongside someone who loves them completely.

And of course, with a name like Ginkgo Lens, the outdoors will always have our heart. Beaches, forests, lakesides, open fields — wherever nature calls, we'll find the perfect setting for your animal to shine.

Honoring the Love of a Lifetime

They have loved you through everything — the hard mornings, the quiet evenings, every version of yourself you've ever been. The Forget Me Not Session is our way of helping you honor that. A gentle, beautiful photoshoot designed for pets in their final chapter — not somber, not rushed, but a true celebration of who they are and everything they have meant. Because they deserve to be remembered exactly as they are — completely, beautifully, and forever.

A session as special as they are

Sometimes we get to the end and realize we don't have a single photo that truly does them justice. The Forget Me Not Session exists so that doesn't have to be you. If your pet is slowing down and you've been thinking about booking — now is a good time. We'll handle everything with the care and urgency these sessions deserve, so all you have to do is be present with your animal and let us take care of the rest.

Bite Sized Sessions For Every Season

Mini Sessions

Throughout the year we reserve specific dates to hold Mini Sessions! Mini sessions are a special chance to get our same high quality photos at a lower pricing bracket, which makes them a great option if you’re interested in doing multiple sessions in a year.

What’s the difference between these and a full session?

While our full sessions are customizable and the date and time is scheduled together with both photographer and client, mini sessions are only on specific dates, times, and locations chosen by the photographer. The themes are also pre-planned by the photographer (but don’t worry, we always come up with great ones!).

Mini sessions are 15 minutes long and come with 5 edited digital images, with the option to purchase more!

Pop-Ups

A few times a year we also do pop-ups! These are typically at a market/fair, and are always done with a backdrop and edited studio style. We like to pair these with holidays and are great for pets and kids!

What’s the difference between these and a mini session?

These are both shorter sessions with date, location, and theme chosen by the photographer - but we do not offer these as outdoor sessions and the backdrops are typically highly themed.

Unless at a special event, pop-ups are 10-15 minutes long and cost $35 for 1 photo, or $50 for 2.

Join our newsletter to be among the FIRST to find out about Mini Sessions and Pop-ups!
